Abstract: Twenty years of work experience distilled into five key take aways to consider when charting the course to your dream job. Reflections on building an understanding for how businesses work, the importance of cross functional structure, saying yes to opportunities outside your comfort zone, building a network and reimagining the slope of your career line.
